At Mavelon Studio, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver both quality skincare products and helpful digital resources. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (eBooks via Etsy)

Our eBooks are sold exclusively through our official Etsy shop. Since digital downloads are non-tangible and instantly accessible, all purchases are considered final.

Refunds for digital products will not be issued unless:

  • The file is corrupted or unreadable, or
  • The product received is not the one advertised.

If you encounter any issue with your download, please contact us directly via Etsy messages or email us at info@mavelonstudio.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.

We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement file or refund through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Physical Products (Creams, Skincare Tools & Accessories)

We take pride in ensuring every physical product is checked for quality before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return or Refund:

You are eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or faulty upon arrival,
  • You received the wrong product, or
  • The product is unopened and unused in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at info@mavelonstudio.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, product details, and photo evidence (if applicable).

Once approved, please return the product within 14 days of approval.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used skincare products
  • Opened or unsealed containers
  • Items purchased on sale or through promotional offers

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for any opened skincare or beauty items.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within this period, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@mavelonstudio.co.uk.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns to ensure the product reaches us safely.
